An online budget planner is often preferred over a software program because if an application is online, you can access it from any computer with an Internet connection. This means even if you are traveling or at work you can pull up your budget as long as it is stored online rather than downloaded to your home computer. Google Spreadsheet is a fantastic example of a document that can be accessed from anywhere that has Internet. This makes for easy money management on the go and is excellent for those who travel a great deal for business or other purposes.
